Rhode Island film festival to feature Iran’s doc ‘Karun’

The 2019 edition of the Rhode Island International Film Festival in the US has set to screen Iranian documentary ‘Karun’.

Directed by Mohammed Ehsani, ‘Karun’ will attend the 23rd edition of the US event.

The documentary is about the Iranian river of Karun which is facing serious environmental challenges.

‘Karun’ has previously attended the Ecozine Film Festival in Spain, the Iranian Film Festival Cologne in Germany, and Iran's international documentary film festival, the Cinema Verite.

The 23rd edition of Rhode Island International Film Festival will take place in the US state on August 6-11, 2019.
